Ability to drive organizational awareness by planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring timely communication. <h3>Job Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Ability to create an effective employee-centric communication strategy to inspire, inform and influence internal and external audiences. </li><li>Ability to develop an understanding of the company’s goals and values and build a road map to success. </li><li>Collaborate with designers, web developers, and marketing communications professionals to create internal communications material, such as web pages, e-mail messages, posters, and online advertisements. </li><li>Lead online communications vehicles designed to promote organizational brand and values.</li></ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in corporate communications.</li><li>Master's or Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, or a related field.</li><li>Should come with excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure), and have a structured thought process.</li><li>Have a data-driven mindset and experience with data/analytics.</li></ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Passionate about content creation</li></ul>Our Culture<br/>As an organization, it’s our priority to create a highly engaging and rewarding workplace.
