Job Objective:
To support the daily operations of the recycled granite product line within Industrial Services by maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment that meets customer expectations for quality, service, and value. Perform hands-on tasks and operate equipment as needed to contribute to the department’s overall success. This position reports to IS Lead Supervisor who evaluates performance annually.

Essential Job Functions:
- Load and unload trucks and stage materials at production lines.
- Transport materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and Bobcats in warehouse.
- Prepare and package materials accurately for shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support Lead Supervisor with production tasks, data collection, and quality checks.
- Assist with training new employees and clients.
- Operate granite recycling equipment and perform both basic and intermediate recycling tasks.
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts and safety audits, ensuring PPE and safety protocols are followed.
- Fill in on production lines when not performing material handling duties.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Required Education and Skills:
- Accurate counting and basic math skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet customer expectations.
- Willingness and ability to learn and operate equipment used in the Industrial Services Department .
- Ability to safely operate a variety of light industrial tools and machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and poly carts.
- Skilled in using granite processing equipment such as diamond saws, splitters, tumblers, sand etching machines, and hydraulic stamping machines.
- Familiarity with packaging and material handling tools, including scales, compactors, shrink wrap machines, banders, tape machines, and carton taping machines.
- Comfortable using basic tools like calculators and other equipment as needed for daily operations.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
