Position
With our ambitious growth strategy, we continuously innovate our organisation to stay fit for purpose. We have therefore created a new position for a Group HRBP supporting our functional leaders to further accelerate our HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRBP roles within an international setting, with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with senior leaders on driving people initiatives and supporting strategy execution. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Group HRBP actively contributes to growing our organisation to the next level.
In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, identifying business challenges and opportunities and aligning HR initiatives to drive long-term success. You will shape and influence workforce strategies, ensuring that talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities are positioned to support business objectives. By fostering a high-performance culture and driving change, you will play a key role in enabling the business to achieve its strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce & Budget Planning – Partners with senior functional leaders to translate the HR strategy into an annual HR plan and budget for the respective function. Ensures alignment with business priorities, anticipates future workforce needs, and closely partners with the divisional Heads of HR to drive execution that supports long-term growth and transformation;
- HR Strategy Execution – Works closely with the functional leaders and Group HR leaders to implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with business goals. Aligns closely with the divisional Heads of HR, ensuring consistency, impact, and agility in execution while addressing the unique needs of each function;
- Business Advisory – Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic counsel on workforce challenges, organizational shifts, and leadership development. Partners with functional and HR leaders to shape and influence people strategies that drive business success;
- Organizational Development & Change Leadership – Works with functional leaders to drive transformation and organizational effectiveness, ensuring that structures, culture, and capabilities evolve to meet strategic goals. Supports change initiatives by coaching leaders to build resilience and adaptability;
- Talent & Workforce Strategy – Collaborates with functional leaders to design and execute workforce planning and talent development strategies, ensuring the organization is future-ready. Leads initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with business needs.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in driving organizational transformation, building new structures, and implementing innovative ways of working in an international environment;
- Strong strategic and operational HR expertise, with a track record of leading complex projects and balancing multiple initiatives at various stages of design and execution;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders across functions, cultures, and geographies. Experience navigating cross-functional discussions with sensitivity and strategic acumen;
- Compelling communicator, skilled in articulating people strategies clearly and engagingly, both written and verbal (business English);
- Pragmatic and hands-on, able to translate strategy into action while fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment;
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
