Warehouse Team Leader-Inventory Control

Job Description

This position is responsible for inventory control transactions from receipt of raw material to shipment of finished product. The duties include but are not limited to the following.

• Intercompany goods inward receipts
• External Supplier goods inward receipts
• Coordinate delivery of incoming containers
• Work with freight forwarders on issues related to late or damaged shipments
• Provide HTS code information to Freight forwarder as required.
• Resolution of Inventory reconciliation issues to include:
  • Negative stock report
  • No Location reports
  • Components not issued
  • Requests for ad hoc cycle count check
  • Works orders not completed
• Coordinate and resolve daily/weekly Cycle counts
• Complete MRB scrap transactions
• Manage weekly scrap process, identify slow moving components, and request authorization to write off.
• Manage the twice-yearly physical inventory process

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Access database 
• Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Goods inwards receipts 
• Cycle counting experience
• Physical Inventory experience

Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $28/hr
