Terros Health is looking for a Clinician for our McDowell Ave location in Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Tues - Sat, 8:00am - 4:30pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm

OR

Mon - Fri, At Least 2 Evenings Per Week

 

Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred

Experience with Domestic Violence Probationers, Preferred

 

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered

Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field

Preferred - Maintains Arizona License: Associate Licensure - LAC, LMSW, or Independent Licensure - LCSW, LPC

AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy)

 

Position Summary: Behavioral health Experience is defined as work experience providing direct care to individuals whose condition is related to mental disorder, a personality disorder, substance abuse, or a significant psychological or behavioral response to an identifiable stressor. Employee will serve as a Clinician at Terros Health, Supervised by Clinical Manager or Regional Administrator. This position is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita”. Ensures the successful achievement of Terros Health vision, mission, program objective and compliance with a broad range of current federal and state health regulations and policies. Provision of services will occur in the office or other place of service.

 

Duties Include:


Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.  
Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.   
Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.

Additional language pay differential

Qualifications
Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW, Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 
Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements including, but not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events. 
Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate.
Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus.
Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired (Spanish/ASL - pay differential available).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
