Afterschool Athletics Coach - High School

Description

Essential functions of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain team binder with up-to-date paperwork for all athletes;
• Complete all required FHSAA courses;
• Organize and run practices;
• Provide supervision to players on busses to away games;
• Represent the school at away games;
• Attend District Planning meetings;
• Complete all required season and off-season fundraising;
• Update MaxPreps within 24 hours of each game;
• Communicate with players and parents in a timely manner;
• Distribution and collection of team uniforms;
• Performs other related work as required.

Requirements

• Successful results of criminal and employment background check;
• Maintains appropriate communication and professional decorum with students;
• High school degree or equivalent;
• Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
