Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing a series of projects within Network Delivery & Execution (ND&E) for DDI technologies. Drive project deliverables throughout the program timeline including development of deployment strategies, readiness assessments, coordination of change and related communication. Work with Project Managers, Release Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to identify redundancies and duplications of efforts across projects and eliminate inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Project/Program management experience in information security technologies.
- Ability to motivate resources across various technology disciplines to build cooperative work teams.
- Able to identify, develop, and direct team members’ strengths, technological resources, and organizational processes to meet deliverables.
- Advanced in the use of project management software/concepts, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills required to liaise with senior leaders both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, process & change management, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management and team dynamics.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of line of business unit functions and influence in a financial enterprise.
- PMP Certification
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
