As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Total Rewards organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.The Senior Business Analytics Consultant will be a member of the Compensation Analytics team supporting the line of business compensation teams, HR Leaders, Finance and Senior Leaders.
The role will perform complex analyses related to compensation as well as provide consultative, evidence-based recommendations. The role will also aide in driving efficiencies in data/reporting across the firm and provide insights during cyclical compensation processes.
Examples of job responsibilities:
• Create analytic data sets using HRMS data, market/survey data and other raw data inputs.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using advanced skills in SAS, Excel, and Tableau.
• Couple analytic capabilities with business and compensation knowledge to aide in evidence-based recommendations.
• Make recommendations in partnership with line of business compensation teams including preparation of analyses, executive summaries, and presentation of findings.
• Support large scale projects and initiatives from an analytical perspective.
• Partner closely with HR Metrics & Analytics team, HRIS and other key data and analytic partners
Job Description
- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
