This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position: Senior Line Haul Specialist (Middle Mile)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>The Senior Line Haul Specialist role plays a key part in arranging and optimizing linehaul truck operations, analyzing service performance, managing vendor and route-level activities, and driving process improvements through effective cross-team collaboration and communication.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Arrange linehaul trucks using the system and communicate with relevant teams (FCs, hubs, camps, vendors, etc.)</li> <li>Analyze transportation service status and make improvement through collaboration (LOS: level of service)</li> <li>Manage vendor and route-level operation and settlement</li> <li>Establish initiatives for overall truck transportation, improve operational processes, and handle relevant communications</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in logistics and transportation management (5+ years)</li> <li>Experience as a manager (subteam leader, team leader) in logistics and transportation management (2+ years)</li> <li>Ability to plan logistics operation process (2+ years), manage operations, manage metrics, and report to the management- Experience in participating in development of TMS/BMS/WMS or proficiency in using those systems</li> <li>Ability to analyze using data tools and report to top management</li> <li>Submission of career-based portfolio and PT interview required</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher</li> <li>Ability to do day shift work, but able to work alternative shifts during specific seasons</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in logistics and transportat
