Job Description

Ideal candidates will be available to work beginning at 8:30 a.m. Monday-Friday. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Develop design and content for various mediums including but not limited to ads, posters, brochures, and webpages.
• Assist with photo shoot and video shoots.
• Supports and participates in branding projects brought forward by Marketing Communication, the university, and the
  seminary.
• Works closely with colleagues to ensure that strategic marketing materials are creatively executed and consistent with Augsburg’s brand identity.
• Creates, monitors, and adheres to project production schedules; communicates routinely and thoroughly with colleagues
  and managers about work progress.
• Maintains organized and accurate electronic files and archives of communication and print design projects and data
  regarding project specifications.

Qualifications

• Current Augsburg University Student.
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign required.
• Basic knowledge of design and branding principles.
• Creative, assertive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with superb attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
• Ability to be attentive to details, be accurate, be precise.
