What will you be doing:

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate PTA for a full-time position located in the Quincy/Milton area.

You will work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes. You need to have strong communication skills for effective patient care management between the PT and PTA.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant License in good standing.
  • 2+ years of PTA experience required.
  • Prior homecare experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, either 32 or 40 hours per week
