Purpose of the Role
The HSE Lead provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities across assigned projects. This role is accountable for driving HSE performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and embedding a proactive safety culture within project teams.
By championing risk management and sustainability initiatives, the HSE Lead plays a critical role in Worley’s mission to deliver sustainable change while safeguarding people, assets, and the environment.
