Regional Head of Technology Risk Management, Americas

Overview:The Regional Head of Technology Risk Management (TRM) is responsible for the oversight of Natixis’ affiliated Investment Managers located in the Americas and to act as the TRM second line of defense (LoD2). TRM covers cyber risk and risk related to IT operations or IT processes. It also includes business continuity oversight. This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.  What you will do:

• Ensure that affiliated Investment Managers implement the TRM target operating model and framework properly.
• Oversee the roll-out of TRM policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes controls, issue remediation, project security, in-depth risk assessments, awareness trainings and incidents & crisis management. 
• Provides affiliated Investment Managers with support and expertise and promote a strong technology risk culture. 
• Contribute to the global TRM framework’s evolution by staying current with US regulations, technological evolutions, and best practices in terms of technology risk management.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors' Degree in IT, cybersecurity or related field (MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years cybersecurity experience (Financial sector preferred)
• Certification in cybersecurity management (CISM, CISSP, ISO27001) is strongly preferred.
• Effective collaboration and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and writing skills and must be able to present and articulate clearly
• Willingness to work within a global team
• Highly motivated, pro-active individual who has demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify issues, propose solutions
• Strong business partner who can successfully champion and implement challenging changes
