About our Supply Chain and Procurement Team 

Supply chain management is a critical differentiator for our clients across a broad range of sectors. Our Supply Chain team, part of our Transformation practice, is passionate about collaborating with clients to transform their supply chain operations, introduce and develop innovative solutions, and drive efficiencies. 

We operate across four interconnected pillars:  

• Manufacturing 

• Procurement 

• Supply Chain Strategy and Logistics (including Demand Planning)  

• Digital

We are expanding across each of these areas, primarily focused on Supply Chain and Procurement to support our clients in transforming their supply chain and achieving operational excellence.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of  

As a Manager, you’ll work on exciting projects such as - ​

• Designing and implementing operational integration of two multinational FMCG companies, across 50+ European markets 

• Supporting global pharma manufacturers with CSRD reporting and Scope 3 emissions analysis. 

• Supported a leading Irish Bank in designing its new Procurement Operational Model – including developing its Digital capabilities and transitioning its procurement team structure   

• Supporting a Retail and Consumer Goods compan
