We are building a People function and our priority is to be strategic partners for business and create a strong corporate culture. Due to active entry into new markets, we are looking for a colleague in Europe, an energetic, multi-tasking HR expert who will take on a key role in the development of the HR department and become a strategic partner for the business.

What experience is important to us:
Experience as an HRBP / HR Lead / Senior HR Manager for at least 3 years

Deep understanding of all HR processes (from operations to strategic initiatives)

Skills in building an HR function from scratch in a rapidly changing business

Experience with engagement metrics (NPS, eNPS, retention)

Excellent communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships with the team and top management

English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (for communication in an international environment)

Your future tasks:
Develop and supervise the HR department in the company (200+ employees).

Build full-cycle HR processes: from hiring and adaptation to employee development and culture building.

Work directly with top management on strategic HR projects.

Create and implement an HR strategy aimed at increasing NPS, employee retention and engagement.

Maintain and develop corporate culture in the context of scaling.

Analyze HR metrics and offer solutions for process optimization.

Conduct regular communications with teams: hold one-to-one meetings, support team leaders.
