Everyone is emotional at the vet; maybe it’s a pups first visit, a senior kitty’s surgery day, or a client’s first time visiting us– whomever walks through our door, gets our full support.· Positive attitude. We know this industry can be a lot at times, but we are firm believers in outlook is everything. Our team aims to remain professional, positive, and drama free in all of our interactions with clients and each other.· Team mentality. This hospital is what it is because of who we hire and how they interact with each other. While everyone here has their own set of strengths, they all have the additional confidence of knowing they have an amazing team that has their back and is ready to support whatever the day may bring.· Previous Veterinary Experience would be a plus, especially if you have knowledge of ezyVet software.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Answer phone calls, check voicemails, set up new clients, check clients in & out, schedule appointments, etc.
• Answer common questions, help educate clients and potential clients on our services and offerings.
• Enter invoices & estimates, process and complete payments.
• Maintain medical records, scan previous vet records into our medical history.
• Process prescription refills, help manage our online pharmacy requests, fill over the counter client requests.
• Help maintain cleanliness of reception area and waiting room.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
