About the Program

As a Labcorp intern, you’ll be immersed in hands-on work that complements your academic background. In addition to your project work, you’ll gain valuable exposure to Labcorp’s global business, culture, and leadership through:

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time

• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team:

Working with the Operational Excellence group on documentation of how our team functions on a daily basis.  To ensure business systems work end-to-end, integrate well with each other, and support users efficiently and securely. Understanding the process, how it works, and documentation of the work.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Developing Work Instructions, quality-controlled documentation, Risk Assessments and validation documents required for the system.

• Perform and document data modifications within the system in accordance with established procedures.

• Participate in meetings to identify opportunities.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or other related fields.

• Has experience in Microsoft office

• Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

• Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork

• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
