Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
- Evaluate and recommend HRIS platforms and tools to support scalability in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment.
- Ensure HR systems integrate effectively with payroll, benefits, compensation, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee the integration of acquired company HR systems into the existing HRIS infrastructure.
- Streamline workflows and data processes across all HR functions to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HRIS data, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Develop and deliver analytical insights and reports to guide decision-making in areas such as payroll, benefits utilization, compensation trends, and onboarding effectiveness.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless system operation and alignment with business strategies.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and leadership on HRIS functionalities.
- Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration requirements.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks related to HR system integrations.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS management, with demonstrated expertise in payroll, benefits, compensation, and onboarding system integrations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment; start-up or high-growth company experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar platforms).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach to challenges.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with M&A system integrations.
- Certifications in HRIS platforms or related fields (e.g., Workday Certified, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PMP).
