About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Account Executive to support the delivery of high-impact social and behaviour change campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn fast, contribute ideas, and build a career in strategic communications.
What you'll do:
Project & Team Support Support delivery of communications projects across their full lifecycle
Contribute ideas, research, and inspiration to strengthen creative work
Assist with briefs, reviews, and development of campaign materials Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Creative & Strategy Contribution Bring a point of view—contribute ideas thoughtfully and proactively
Support research, insight gathering, and development of campaign stimulus Stay on top of industry trends and share relevant inspiration with teams
Operations & Execution Support account administration (timing plans, meeting setup, reporting)
Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and formatting standards Assist with financial processes including estimates, POs, and invoicing
Help coordinate internal processes across production, digital, and print
Team & Culture Build strong relationships across the agency
Contribute to team initiatives, events, and agency culture
Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
What you'll bring:
Internship or early experience in communications, marketing, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of business and operational fundamentals Degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Communications, Marketing) What
