Product specialist

<h2><b><span>About the Role: </span></b></h2><p><span><span>Your primary task is to Provide customer service to distributors including answering questions about the science behind Nu Skin’s product line and product usage. Since we offer <a href="https://www.nuskin.com/content/nuskin/da_DK/culture/sponsorship_media/awards.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">globally renowned skincare products</a>, naturally we want to provide the best possible service as well. In most cases, you can handle the issues yourself, but when you need assistance, you always have your colleagues by your side and a global team of product experts only a phone call away.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you'll do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>- providing product training to the newcomers, and also organizing trainings on new products,<br/>- coordinating the duties of the PEs,<br/>- contacting with the Product Expert in Budapest,<br/>- gathering the complicated questions and forwarding to the product specialist,<br/>creating reports in order to provide data for the sales department and management,<br/>- creating and keeping a product answer database (frequently asked questions) up to date,<br/>- managing the e-mail templates database,<br/>- communicating with stakeholders, organizing meetings for the PEs every week,<br/>- managing workload of PE-s  to provide the excellent service and timely answers to distributors and clients.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you'll need:</span></b></p><ul><li></li><li><span><span>Expertise in chemistry, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, botany, microbiology, zoology, nursing, exercise science, or other related sciences required </span></span></li><li><span>Advanced English language knowledge, oral and written</span></li><li><span>Able to use IT applications such as MS Office, Internet etc.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills both written and oral</span></li><li><span>Good organizational and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Strong interpersonal skill, team player, strong problem solving and analytical skills</span></li><li><span>Preferably relevant experience in customer service or similar field</span></li><li><span>Minimum high-school degree or College graduate</span></li><li><span><span>Ability to display technical communication skills, both written and verbal, to health care professionals and laymen alike </span></span></li></ul>
