We will look to you to support transformation of their processes so that they unleash the potential of the Reckitt R&amp;D teams through technology. </p><h2>About the role</h2> <p>You’ll get to make an impact like never before – both within Reckitt and across the FMCG market.</p> <p>As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be a key partner to the Product Manager and the Product Team, helping to shape and deliver the product strategy through continuous, incremental improvements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and squad members to capture and refine requirements into actionable user stories that drive real business value.</p> <p>You’ll facilitate backlog and story refinement sessions, ensuring that stories are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals.
