As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to help lead and coordinate key initiatives in both mental health and primary care.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage a variety of programs and projects related to both mental health and primary care services. This individual will collaborate with clinical teams, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the agency’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills and a passion for improving healthcare results in both mental health and primary care.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Project Coordination: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of mental health and primary care programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all project milestones.
•    Team Collaboration: Work closely with mental health professionals, primary care providers, program directors, and community partners to foster effective communication and teamwork.
•    Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and within financial parameters.•    Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal stakeholders and external partners.
•    Quality Assurance: Ensure that both mental health and primary care programs adhere to agency policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
•    Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, health providers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and enhance service delivery.
•    Risk Management: Identify project risks related to both mental health and primary care services and work proactively to mitigate challenges.
•    Program Evaluation: Assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on client feedback, performance data, and evolving needs.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field 
•    At least 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare, mental health, or primary care services.
•    Strong knowledge of mental health programs, primary care services, and best practices in both fields.
•    Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on results.
•    Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and cultural competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•    Experience with government contracts, grants, or funding agencies in the healthcare space.
•    Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes related to mental health and primary care.
