The Job:
As a PMO, PLE, you’ll be part of our DTV & Productivity team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Establish and clarify program objectives, ensuring the PLE teams work together across sites to achieve global program goals.
- Partner with cross functional groups and PLE teams to scope out, resource, and execute programs effectively across multiple T&O sites.
- Actively manage the work efforts of multiple functional resources through detailed project plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation; monitor and report project status, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. Maintain reporting relationships with stakeholders and regularly communicate project status.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals, or implementation.
- Support or lead portions of projects as directed.
- Follow Change Management processes for project scope changes and communicate effectively to project team and stakeholders.
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to drive program success in the most timely and cost-effective manner
- Provide high-level estimates for activities and project costs, including people, equipment, material, and resources.
- Partner with PLEs, plant, and test resources to document total program execution cost and track actuals against initial targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2–5 years of specific experience in global program management or leadership roles.
- Experience in lifecycle engineering and/or executing projects in a post-launch environment preferred.
- Proficiency with PLM and ERP systems (i.e. Windchill and SAP).
- Working knowledge of Change Management processes (REA, CNs, Deviations).

The base pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $90,000 - $150,300 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
