Implementation Team Lead

We’re looking for an Implementation Team Lead  to join our growing Wise Platform team in the Americas.  You’ll help banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world class payments products through their own channels.

This is not your standard project management job --- We are looking for someone that loves the challenge of building high performing teams, delivering complex projects whilst understanding the importance of delivering a great product.  You’ll help Wise Platform scale by building and developing a team of high impact delivery managers, working independently on strategic integrations into intricate partner IT systems, navigating partner requirements, working through a range of regulations and with an array of stakeholders.

You’ll receive a competitive package including a starting salary of $200,000 - $250,000 annually + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) in a profitable company + best in class benefits! (more info below 😉)

Here’s how you’ll contribute to Wise Platform

What you’ll do:

• You’ll demonstrate impact by managing a portfolio of partner projects, supporting deal prioritisation, establishing delivery standards, supporting OKR setting/tracking and successfully managing project team timelines and deliverables
• You’ll work closely with regional teams to deliver integrations for Wise Platform, helping reach revenue targets, ensuring our partners have a seamless delivery experience to help their customers have a world class international payment experience. 
• You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and supporting the Americas Implementation  team. You’ll guide our team on delivery frameworks and best practices to help our teams provide delightful implementations to our partners
• You’ll go above and beyond to help the team execute - whether this is helping teams shape delivery plans with partners, joining partner calls, helping negotiate partner requirements or supporting in the process of getting partners live
  
• You’ll be championing Wise Platform in the rest of the organisation, and liaising across functions (customer support, financial crime, operations, etc.) to build a seamless delivery experience for our partners
• You’ll understand how to navigate the complex internal world of banks and large organisations. You’ll get approvals and remove blockers with, or on behalf of, our internal sponsors to ensure the project stays on track.
• You’ll build strong relationships and work cross functionally with GTM, Product and Engineering teams, as well as senior partner stakeholders, up to CEO and board level, helping define project or product scope,  proposing new features or improvements to our current offering.
