Customer Innovation Project Leader

What We Need

As an Innovation Project Leader, you will be in charge of building, implementing, and launching new solutions on the market, with a focus on Pharmaceutical Business.

What You'll Do

• Build the Project:
• Define project scope, stakes, objectives, team structure, and milestones.
• Plan and execute project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage project budget and negotiate resources required in terms of volume and skills.
• Steer the Project:
• Guarantee project quality, manage costs, and ensure efficient resource distribution.
• Make timely decisions to progress the project and meet deadlines.
• Guide transversal and international project teams, fostering effective interfaces within the organization.
• Communicate and Collaborate:
• Communicate with global cross-functional teams on project progress.
• Compile comprehensive project reports and updates for presentation to management.
• Present project updates and collaborate with the marketing team in product marketing efforts.
• Finalize the Project:
• Lead the project towards successful goal achievement and manage project closure.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations.
• Oversee the finalization of project activities and documentation.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead between 3 to 7 projects in parallel, maintaining a focus on Pharma-related areas.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a business mindset, an overall approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or advanced technologies sector.
• Ability to organize, manage, and formalize complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate and manage transversal project teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to project success.
• Business-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Independent problem-solving ability and good judgment.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear, concise, and persuasive presentations.
