Job Description
Be the department’s public records requests contact. Maintain a chronological correspondence log containing all public records and keep up-to-date notes of the record(s).
Maintain files on all correspondence and specialized matters in an organized manner.
Ability to review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; compile data and information for reports; compose letters and memoranda; explain policies and procedures.
