The Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care is excited to announce a permanent opening for a Child Care Initiatives Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3). This role combines policy analysis, legislative coordination, and project leadership, giving you the chance to directly influence the safety, quality, and accessibility of child care in Oregon. If you thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact, we want you on our team!
This position will work a hybrid schedule of working both in the office and at an alternate location (home). This position is anticipated to work from the office in Salem once per month; however, this may fluctuate during the legislative session or if emerging needs arise.
