Mission

IntegriChain is on a mission to help all stakeholders in the life sciences industry drive access. We do this through our relentless focus on unifying all of the critical business functions for therapy commercialization and access contracts and pricing, gross-to-net, channel, and patient services unlocking strategic payer, provider, pharmacy and patient access insights for our life sciences customers.

The Sr. Product Manager position will oversee Product Management of IntegriChain’s Enterprise Platform, which provides foundational data and application services to the broader IntegriChain portfolio of Software and Data solutions. The expectation is that you will use a market driven approach to roll-in, develop, and rollout new features, functions, and enhancements to IntegriChain’s Enterprise Platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ownership of product roadmap for the ICyte Platform
• Accountable for work with on-shore and off-shore development teams, in an agile process, to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements on budget, on scope, and on time
• Drive execution of cross functional Release Readiness activities to ensure successful roll-out of product releases across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Engagement, Data Operations, and Delivery and Advisory Services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate ideas for Product Backlog
• Present prioritized Roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with Engineering leads to run agile ceremonies with Product/Engineering team members
• Oversee and contribute to Product Documentation including release notes, user guides, workflows, etc
• Serve as Product SME with both internal stakeholders and external customers

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, plan/prioritize and organize highly-technical Product Development & Data Engineering teams to execute on product Roadmap
• Strategic mindset towards identifying and executing upon opportunities for Platform enhancements
• Ability to closely work with Data Architects to solve enterprise data and integration challenges
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL)
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams.
• Experience leading and managing Product/Business Analysts
• Experience supporting Data Products and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications (preferred)

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience
• Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large enterprise applications
• Minimum of 7 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics preferred
• Knowledge of Agile Software Methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with JIRA
