The Physical Therapist will help fulfill our mission to provide high-quality, on-site care to residents.

What you offer:

· A strong understanding of the needs of our customers including patients, employees, and the community at large.

· Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.

· Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in practicing state

· Any additional certification/ registry, as required.
