Job Title: Wet Work Crew Lead

Job Summary: The Wet Work Crew Lead position oversees janitorial wet crew laborers to ensure work is completed to contractual, scope, quality specifications and safety standards, while maintaining and protecting company assets. This position also performs labor alongside janitorial wet crew laborers once all customer service and supervisory duties are complete and will drive the crew to work sites.

Schedule: This role will be required a minimum of 20 hours per week both daytime and evening hours, weekdays and weekends.

Compensation Range: $21.00/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Use of janitorial equipment (scrubbers, extractors, burnishes, swing machine, buffer).

Strip, seal and finish floors.

Provides Carpet extraction and cleans restrooms according to scope of work.

Oversee wet work crew’s productivity and efficiency to work within the budgeted hours.

Drives employees to work sites.

Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:   

High School Diploma/GED

Prior experience a plus, but not required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus

Experience with floor care equipment a plus
