Pay: $119,000 - $205,850

What you will do

The Sr. Manager Zarbee’s & Supplements Program Lead will lead a team of project and portfolio managers that will drive innovation strategy and execution for Nutritional products.  They work closely with the US commercial innovation teams, supply chain site leads, planners, external manufacturing sites, Quality, and R&D to deliver the innovation portfolio and build and execute the Nutrional Operations Strategy.  This role will represent Operations on the Global Nutritional Brand Development Team which enables and shapes the 3 year operating plan to drive growth across Kenvue in the Nutritional need state.  In this role, the Leader will work with cross functional partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery from the cross-functional and global operations teams in project delivery and strategy execution.   

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Advisor to the Global Brand Development Team in shaping Nutritional’s business strategy and leading coordination of operations execution.
• Support 3-year product strategies for each platform within the Nutritional’s Need State.
• Enable market/regional collaboration on category pacing and rhythm.
• Align financial and operational impacts at the market/regional level with Commercial and R&D leaders.
• Advise on network proposal based on 3-year volume projections, influencing siting and capacity with the region.
• Collaborate with regions and networks to align manufacturing capabilities, including internal, external, partner enabled development and capital investment.
• Directly lead, coach and develop project managers and analysts who support Zarbee’s and nutritional portfolio of projects to deliver Innovation and Life Cycle management projects. 
• Work closely with the Business/Supply Chain leaders to ensure a robust portfolio pipeline of projects.
• Representing Supply Chain at appropriate Governance forums in the Innovation/Life Cycle Management space.
• Identify, lead, and deploy improvements in the current project/program management practices for the innovation and life cycle management portfolio for Nutritional’s.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Source, Plan, and manufacturing to ensure goals and objectives are met
