Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Baltimore, MD location in support of several Executive Leaders. In this role the EA will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Global Business Line Chief Executive – Water, including the ability to anticipate needs, offer proactive solutions, and think critically in a professional manner.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide calendar management for assigned Leaders. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Manage a variety of tasks that facilitate the assigned Leaders’ ability to effectively lead the organization including special projects, ELT related activities, preparation of reports and presentations, composing and responding to correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparation of expense reports
- Work closely with assigned Leaders to ensure alignment of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Organize client, project and internal/external meetings including room bookings, preparation of conference rooms, coordinating with IT for additional technology requirements needed for engagements, and catering arrangements as required
- Support office events planning and communication to foster a positive, connected culture
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization including office support as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of information shared.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a High School diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a global environment and across multiple time zones.
- Ability to achieve results by influence and diplomacy across a large matrixed organization.
- Ability to anticipate business needs, handle issues and ask the right questions before problems arise.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Adept at working in a highly demanding, dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience working with highly confidential information
- Ability to think and act independently
- Ability to provide time sensitive travel assistance as needed 7 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 years of relevant experience
Additional Information
Offered rate of compensation (MD locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $112,000.
