Our Phillips-Medisize Pharma Team is a global team that is hiring for an Associate Director, Global Pharma Segment position as a result of expanding our U.S. team. This role will lead a strategic effort to grow profitable sales in the pharma market through the process of assessment, intelligence gathering, generating sales leads, and following the sales pipeline process. They will develop solid relationships between assigned and new accounts and Phillips-Medisize’s leadership and working teams.
This is a remote role that will be based in the US and will operate on a global scale traveling throughout the United States and Internationally to work with internal and external customers.

What You Will Do
- Medical business development, selling design & development services, validation, clinical builds, tooling, clean room molding, drug handling and contract manufacturing of finished drug-delivery devices
- Identify market/customer trends, unmet market needs and product opportunities in the Drug Delivery markets where Phillips-Medisize capabilities can create value for our customers
- Develop a pharma pipeline and follow the sales funnel process from prospect to sustaining customer to increase development and production sales
- Responsible for customer RFQ’s, participating in the development of new project proposals, negotiating master development and supply agreements
- Develop a sales strategy and then negotiate the development and recurring costs with customers to win new business
- Communicate the business strategy to management, project teams, and customers in a clear and compelling way that creates alignment and drives execution
- Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite, to grow sales and manage existing work
- Foster partnerships between customers and the internal product development, manufacturing, and management teams
- Develop positive working relationships with all internal disciplines, teams, and management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 8-10 years or more sales management and business development experience
- Experience developing new medical customers, markets, and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master’s degree in management
- Experience with product development, contract manufacturing and associated processes
- Experience working in the Drug Delivery Systems industry

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy. For this role, we anticipate paying $170,000-190,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus. The application window is anticipated to remain open and will accept ongoing applications until the position is filled.
