This position is the primary user adoption and training resource for the Microsoft 365 tenant workloads. The primary function will be to create, maintain, and deliver various forms of end-user training content that will include virtual webinars, deep dive sessions, hands on workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, onboarding, build-a-thons, on-demand training, instructional videos, and static training content. This person will work closely with both technical and end-user teammates at all levels within the organization. This position will also be a technical resource for Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage. They should also be able to answer functional questions and provide guidance on how best to integrate the Microsof
