What does a successful Vice President – Digital Banking do at Fiserv?

As the Vice President - Digital Banking at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Digital Banking client segment and product offerings.  You will represent our Digital Banking offerings, services and expertise in the market. Your deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and technological advancements will be essential in ensuring our offer for Digital Banks is industry-leading. 

What you will do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the operation of a Digital Bank, connecting our full suite of existing services within Fiserv, enabling 3rd party services essential to client success and creating roadmaps for additional services needed to be the leading provider in the market. 
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based upon market research, client feedback and competitive analysis.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with clients, prospective clients, 3rd party providers and cross-functional Fiserv teams to define objectives, prioritize opportunities, and ensure timely execution.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends in the Digital Bank market to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful product design and delivery.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Minimum of 15 years of Banking experience and 5 years in the operation of a Digital Bank.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape for Digital Banks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects for a Digital Bank and achieving desired outcomes.
• Strong technological expertise with a deep understanding of banking platforms and technologies necessary to the efficient and competitive operation of a Digital Bank.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
