Janus Room Team Lead

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following: 
•    Demonstrate working safely and sensibly

•    Maintain a clean and organized work area 
•    Lead the Janus Room team to maintain OEE/Safety goals
•    Train new team members in their respective roles
•    Perform all scanning requirements to start/stop production orders and declare production and scrap
•    Perform all material handling duties to keep raw materials flowing to molding machines
•    Accurate record keeping of daily production
•    Other tasks as deemed necessary

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills

 •    Excellent troubleshooting skills 
•    Ability to work and lead within a team environment 
•    Good organizational skills 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Basic computer-use skills 
•    High sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative/ability to work autonomously 
•    Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (8 hour shifts) 
•    Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s) 
•    Proficiency in MES/Neptune scanning procedures
