Lead Clinical Care Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to be associated with Casa de Amparo through Community Care Licensing (CCL), which typically includes clearance by FBI, DOJ and CACI.
• Previous experience providing and documenting behavioral health services required.
• Master’s degree in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field required.
• Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or license-eligible in California with current registration in good standing (e.g., Associate registration with the BBS).
• At least 2 years of experience in care management, clinical services, or integrated behavioral health required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Enhanced Care Management services and Medi-Cal eligibility requirements strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of physical health, behavioral health, and social service systems in California.
• Strong assessment, clinical, case management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, or substance use disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must have ambulatory, auditory, and visual skills to observe residents and staff.
• Must have the physical ability to participate in activities and perform related physical skills, including, but not limited to, crouching, lifting 50 pounds, crawling on hands and knees, and walking up and down stairs.
