WildSide Food & Beverage Attendant

WildSide is a new outdoor adventure property offering an exciting opportunity to grow your career. It is the newest outdoor attraction spanning approximately 900 acres near the majestic Great Smoky Mountains National Park. WildSide is seeking full-time Food and Beverage Attendants. This individual will provide assistance in openings, closings and general activities throughout his/her shift, assisting in the assurance of a smooth and guest centric food and beverage operation.

Responsibilities

• Helping customer make selections by building customer confidence through offering suggestions and opinions
• Accurately preparing and serving food and drink items to customers
• Accepting payments by totaling purchases and processing checks, cash, or credit cards, etc.
• Helping to maintain accurate inventory records on a weekly basis
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to company standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
• Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order food and supplies as needed
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude
• Available to work days, weekends and holidays
• Ability to provide Excellent Guest Service
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to obtain necessary licensing/ certifications
• Willingness to complete CPR/AED training

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
