JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do

• Able to handle full set accounts independently
• Preparation of monthly management account and accounting schedules i.e. Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
• Preparation of draft audited financial statements and board papers
• Preparation of Group cash position reporting, monthly debt and cash report
• Preparation of fixed deposit placement letter
• Perform day to day AP invoice verification process and invoice posting
• To liaise with external auditors, Company Secretary and Group Tax for year-end audit.
• To be proactive in all dealings to meet targeted deadline.
• Other ad-hoc job to be delegated by superior from time to time

Who you are

• Preferred Diploma in LCCI / 2 years of experience in related industry / A degree in Accounting and Finance
• Knowledge of Unit4 accounting system will be an advantage
• Knowledge of foreign currency accounting will be an advantage
• Good PC skills, familiarity with MS Office applications
• Good command of English language is essential
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
