This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, driving improvements, and championing product quality. What You Will Do:

Conduct internal, product, and process audits; track non-conformances through to closure
Lead and support problem-solving using 8D, A3, 5 Whys, and Fishbone techniques
Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Warranty, OOBA) and develop action plans to address gaps
Analyze trends in quality data to proactively identify and implement improvements
Participate in APQP activities (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP submissions)
Validate product/process changes through capability studies and inspections
Train shop floor team members on quality standards, inspection procedures, and visual controls
Support supplier quality through qualification and audit activities
Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches and daily production

What You're Good At:

Root cause problem-solving and driving corrective/preventive actions
Analyzing complex data to make informed decisions
Communicating effectively with stakeholders across functions
Working with integrity and a strong sense of ownership for product quality
Adapting to change and leading improvement initiatives with a positive, can-do attitude
Teaching and coaching others on quality standards and best practices

What You Have:

Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (RCI, 5S, Tiered Management)
Strong technical knowledge of quality tools: SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, etc.
Ability to conduct audits, lead problem-solving events, and drive measurable improvement
Understanding of quality metrics and how to influence them positively
Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging the shop floor workforce
A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
