This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, driving improvements, and championing product quality. What You Will Do: 
  • Conduct internal, product, and process audits; track non-conformances through to closure
  • Lead and support problem-solving using 8D, A3, 5 Whys, and Fishbone techniques
  • Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Warranty, OOBA) and develop action plans to address gaps
  • Analyze trends in quality data to proactively identify and implement improvements
  • Participate in APQP activities (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP submissions)
  • Validate product/process changes through capability studies and inspections
  • Train shop floor team members on quality standards, inspection procedures, and visual controls
  • Support supplier quality through qualification and audit activities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches and daily production

  • Root cause problem-solving and driving corrective/preventive actions
  • Analyzing complex data to make informed decisions
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders across functions
  • Working with integrity and a strong sense of ownership for product quality
  • Adapting to change and leading improvement initiatives with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Teaching and coaching others on quality standards and best practices
What You Have: 
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (RCI, 5S, Tiered Management)
  • Strong technical knowledge of quality tools: SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, etc.
  • Ability to conduct audits, lead problem-solving events, and drive measurable improvement
  • Understanding of quality metrics and how to influence them positively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging the shop floor workforce
  • A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
