<p><strong><span>ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification</span></strong><span> is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our activities and impact are expanding and our teams are growing exponentially since the last 2 years. This is why the <strong>Integrity Management</strong> team is looking forward to welcome you as <strong>Senior System Manager - Integrity Management </strong>at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.</span></p><p><span>The Senior System Manager - Integrity Management has the objective to co-design and implement the ISCC EU strategy, driving the upscale of ISCC EU certifications, developing and improving the ISCC EU system with regards to new legislation and market requirements, increasing recognition and market share as well as developing the ISCC EU team and facilitate cross-company knowledge transfer.</span></p><p><strong><span> </span></strong></p><p><span>If you are <strong>passionate about sustainability</strong> and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference, we are looking forward to your application!</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span> Your main duties will be:</span></p><ul><li><span>Manage and optimize Integrity Management processes</span><ol><li><span>Continuously develop Integrity Program, e.g. by identifying relevant focus areas or possibilities to adapt and improve processes and documents </span></li><li><span>Support on following the ISCC's strategy by alignment the department goals</span><ul><li><span>Exchange with relevant stakeholders such as authorities on market developments and cases related to integrity management</span></li><li><span>Establish and maintain governmental/national system relations (e.g. national authorities, OLAF, REFUREC, CA-RES)</span></li><li><span>Day-to-day work of department:</span></li></ul></li></ol></li></ul><ol><li><span>Organize Integrity Assessments, including which System Users/CBs are to be audited</span></li><li><span>Evaluate and communicate audit results in close cooperation with Integrity Auditors and the Integrity team</span></li><li><span>Management of Integrity Auditors, including schedule of Integrity Assessments, resource planning of auditors, onboarding/training of auditors, individual questions by auditors; invoicing of Integrity Auditors </span></li><li><span>Share learnings from audits to improve certification system</span></li><li><span>Evaluate incoming requests and information on non-conformities with ISCC requirements</span></li><li><span>Communicate sanctions of certified companies and Certification Bodies</span></li><li><span>Monitoring of Certification Bodies performance</span></li><li><span>Discuss and evaluate integrity related cases with respective departments</span></li><li><span>Facilitate practical implementation of requirements through technical guidance to CBs and System Users</span></li><li><span>Documentation in internal data base</span></li><li><span>Discuss and evaluate received complaints and further develop Whistleblowing/grievance mechanism</span></li><li><span>Develop and update system documents </span></li><li><span>Legal check of documents / ISCC's internal processes</span></li></ol><ul><li><span>Additional duties:</span></li></ul><ol><li><span>Participate in other selected Integrity-related ISCC projects</span></li><li><span>Representing ISCC at external events</span></li><li><span>Participate in CB Meetings</span></li><li><span>Accompany audits as witness auditor</span></li><li><span>Present ISCC Trainings (Internal & external)</span></li><li><span>Train new staff members</span></li><li><span>Actively contribute to continuous improvement process within company</span></li></ol>
<h3>Your profile</h3>
<ul><li><span>University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, circular economy, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics, law or similar</span></li><li><span>At least 5 – 7 years postgraduate professional experience</span></li><li><span>At least 3-year postgraduate professional experience in relevant field (organizations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics</span></li><li><span>Must-have/Preferred: experience with sustainability certification, labels and/or relevant EU and/or Member State legislation</span></li><li><span>Must-have solid experience in project management in international context + extensive experience in high-level customer support</span></li><li><span>Must-have the following skills: </span></li></ul><ol><li><span>Effective communication</span></li><li><span>High level of integrity and confidentiality</span></li><li><span>Excellent organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent analytical and strategic thinking</span></li><li><span>Excellent mediation skills</span></li></ol><ul><li><span>Excellent (C1 – C2) English language skills (written and spoken)</span></li><li><span>Very go
