Your team

You'll be working in the Capital Introductions team in New York .
The UBS Capital Introductions (“Cap Intro”) team sits within the Prime Brokerage division of UBS Investment Bank and serves as a strategic partner to hedge fund clients and institutional investors around the world.
The team’s core mission is to facilitate meaningful connections between hedge fund managers and qualified allocators—including endowments, foundations, family offices, fund-of-funds, outsourced CIOs, and pension plans—helping drive dialogue, fundraising, and long-term relationship development across the alternatives ecosystem.
As part of UBS’s broader Prime Services platform, the Cap Intro team works closely with colleagues in Prime Brokerage, Financing, Equity Sales, and Global Markets to deliver a holistic client experience.
The group provides consultative coverage to both emerging and established hedge fund managers, leveraging UBS’s global network, proprietary investor intelligence, and institutional insights to create targeted matchmaking opportunities.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Between 1-5 years of industry experience is preferred (e.g., capital introduction, marketing/investor relations, allocator role)
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and stay organized, while conducting oneself with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Team player who collaborates

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $145000 to $172500 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
