Gourmet Attendant - Franchised

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Chartwell Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Ideal Candidate for this Position

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals! Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. The primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accepting orders and payments for guests, food preparation, bartending, mastering Starbucks coffee drinks and taking great care of our guests.

Job Requirements

• Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• AM/PM Shifts are available.
• Part-Time available but Full-Time preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food & beverage experience a plus, but not required.
• You must be drug free.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $18.
