About the role
- Support pre-production and post-production processes, including organizing assets, preparing materials, and updating project trackers.
- Gather, clean, and organize production-related data from various sources (e.g., performance metrics, workflow logs, content outputs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for optimization.
- Build simple dashboards or reports to visualize key insights for the production team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets to support decision-making.
- Analyze production timelines, resource utilization, and throughput to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Provide weekly or monthly summaries of production performance metrics
- Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, or output consistency.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Working toward a degree with a mechanical or industrial engineering background
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages (Python, R, SQL) is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable working with datasets, performing basic cleaning, and generating simple reports.
