Maintenance Technician

Artcraft Management, an industry leader in Property Management, is urgently hiring for a full-time, results-oriented Maintenance Technician in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance and repair in preferably a property management setting.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Attend to routine and sometimes emergency maintenance calls
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Assist with preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds
• Turn vacant units to prepare for future tenants
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

Education & Experience:

• Must hold valid driver's license
• Prior Residential repairs knowledge (Plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• HVAC Knowledge is a plus!

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 – 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and crouch
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of potential weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
