Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This role will support a variety of business initiatives, including coordination and execution related to new product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to deadlines and budget requirements
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Support project activities related to new product development and product launch initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams throughout project lifecycles
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Manage project scope and change requests while minimizing impact on timelines and costs
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
Ensure projects comply with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations
Track project performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Lead continuous improvement efforts within project management processes

QualificationsRequired Qualifications


Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Experience supporting new product launches or product development projects
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related environments
Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus
