<p> </p> <p>What we look for:</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Risk Consultant with experience between 3 and 5 years in risk management and regulatory topics. We provide integrated risk management and regulatory services to the banking and capital markets, insurance, wealth and asset management, and private equity sectors.</p> <p>As a member of our team, you’ll work in a highly collaborative environment with risk management experts in all areas, regulatory experts, data science practitioners and advisory professionals using all kind of tools from data manipulation tools to statistical ones, in order to bring the best solutions for our projects.</p> <p> </p> <p>We help financial industry clients through services designed to improve efficiency of existing compliance frameworks and while assisting in designing, implementing and transforming financial institution risk management compliance programs to preserve organizational value. </p> <p>We help clients to assess, design and implement governance, processes, models, data and technology, and reporting related to liquidity, capital management market, operational and credit risk management. We help organizations assess, design and implement legal entity and booking model structures in order to optimize returns on capital and meet relevant regulatory and business drivers. We help clients assess and evolve their values, beliefs, tone, conduct, and understanding of risk culture. Even more, clients may be the subject of a regulatory action or may have identified gaps in their regulatory risk management processes and/or systems. In such cases, we help clients by assessing the causes of failures; deploying data and analytics to analyze the potential results; identifying the appropriate remediation approaches; and implementing remediation programs.</p> <p> </p> <p>What will you do:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to engagement team to integrate client’s strategy, process, people, and technology in the area of capital management, market and liquidity risk, credit and operational risk.</li> <li>Participate as a project team member in Consulting engagements for business transformation, finance, enterprise risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk and compliance risk.</li> <li>Follow up the development of the risk regulatory framework in the area of CRR, CRD, BRRD and associated directives and guidelines.</li> <li>Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress</li> <li>Leverage data and technology to assist senior team members in providing innovative solutions to client’s challenges</li> <li>Assist in preparing high quality work products for clients and other related parties in timely manner with up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and market trends</li> <li>Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team</li> <li>Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel</li> <li>Guide junior staff and other colleagues in reaching their full potential (e.g.willingly address questions, contribute with constructive on-the-job feedback and training, conduct meaningful and timely performance reviews, etc.) </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we expect from you?</p> <ul> <li>University degree in Economics</li> <li>Master's degree and professional certifications like FRM/CFA/CPA will be considered advantageous</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of related experience or in the area of Risk  Management/Banking/ Business Process or in leading professional services firm</li> <li>Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Python, R, VBA or similar tools - will be a plus</li> <li>Good knowledge of the regulatory framework on financial institutions</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficiency in English is a mandatory, both verbal and written</li> <li>Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Have high ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline</li> <li>A desire to learn and develop into the role</li> <li>Ability to work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>  What else is in it for you?</p> <ul> <li>Free certifications (ACCA, ACA), national&amp;international trainings</li> <li>Extra vacation days when public holidays fall on a weekend</li> <li>Top notch counselling, mentorship</li> <li>Medical coverage for you and your family</li> <li>Most globally integrated knowledge system</li> <li>EY Community: more than 15 tribes for shared hobbies</li> <li>Bookster library at the office and plenty of discounts</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
