Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Site Response Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift.

With the Site Response Team, you will be working with mainly tools, calibration, compliance and Shop layout and design.  Some examples of work will include ordering new tools, removing out of date tools or broken tools, and organizing shop for workflows. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Works in Cribmaster and Ariba software

• Strong knowledge of shop aid tools with the ability to order

• Detailed oriented and organizational skills are a must

• Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

• Provides limited feedback on assessment results.

• Support the organization to implement strategies and plans.

• Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 787 manufacturing experience (minimum of 2 years)

• Shop tool knowledge (minimum of 2 years’ experience working with shop tools)

• Excel and Velocity  (minimum of 2 years’ experience)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

• Works under general supervision.

• Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals

• Education /experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $62,050 – $83,950
