JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Center for Engineering Outreach and Inclusion (CEOI) assists all students in the pursuit of their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Our support system of faculty and staff encourages current students to become allies and leaders in advancing equity and inclusion. The Center for Engineering Outreach and Inclusion is seeking enthusiastic support coordinator. Applicants should have knowledge of the programming involved with CEOI, including the Engineering Summer Bridge program.

General duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting visitors, answering phones, directing students to appropriate resources
• Organizing supplies and gathering materials and supplies when directed by CEOI staff for program events
• Program support not limited to program marketing materials (flyers, name tags), event attendance and response, confirming room reservations, setting up room requirements and/or working with IT to have room ready for program
• Assist CEOI administrators with tasks as needed
• Experience with photography and/or video creation desirable but not required

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
