<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior AI Data Engineer&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Data Engineering, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Knowledge Graphs, Neo4j, NLP, NER, LLMs, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AI-Assisted Development</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ years</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia</p> <p><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Remote</p> <p>At Coforge, we are hiring Senior AI Data Engineer (#006fu00000eClH3AAK-2) with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Evolve and enhance the core platform for entity management and governance, including entity types, attributes, cross-references (XREFs), and relationships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and improve Named Entity Recognition (NER) pipelines for text and files by combining LLM-based models, gazetteers, pattern matching, and blacklists.</p> </li> <li> <p>Extend NER capabilities to new content types, including live-stream content.</p> </li> <li> <p>Improve search and entity discovery through entity resolution, personalized search, filtering, and relationship navigation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design and query graph-based relationship models to support traversal, visualization, and connected business context.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement entity-level security and access controls across data retrieval and exploration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Onboard new data sources and support integrations with consuming applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and AI workflows, critically validating AI-generated code and designs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders across business domains to shape and prioritize the platform roadmap.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support team onboarding and knowledge sharing.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>7+ years of software engineering experience, including building or managing data-intensive platforms in production.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch or OpenSearch, information retrieval, and entity resolution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graphs, such as Neo4j and Cypher.</p> </li> <li> <p>Applied NLP and NER experience, including LLM-based extraction and open-source models such as Gemma, Llama, GLiNER, or spaCy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Postg
